METHODS OF PAYMENT

The methods of payment accepted on Hyperve are:
-MasterCard
-Master
-Visa
-Paypal

All transactions take place via Paypal secure circuit, to which you will be redirected at the time of purchase, without the need for further registration.
HYPERVE uses an SSL cryptography that guarantees the confidentiality of the information transmitted via our website.
The VAT is already included in the price demonstrated in the product sheet.

DELIVERY

Orders containing items marked as “AVAILABLE ON ORDER” require further processing time and will be shipped within 15 days.
Orders containing items marked as “AVAILABLE” and received by 12.00 am will be shipped on the same day and delivered to the courier within 24/48 hours (in Italy), from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
During sales, promotions and launch of new products the delivery times will range from 7 to 10 working days starting from the confirmation of the order.

The shipment price is € 8.5 VAT included We can also offer extra shipping services:

  • For delivering whitin hours 10.00 am the price is € 9.20 VAT included + shipment price
  • For delivering whitin hours 12.00 am the price is € 2.60 VAT included + shipment price
  • For house floor delivering the price is € 2.70 VAT included + shipment price
  • Once your order will be confirmed, you will receive an email with traceability link that enable you to keep an eye on your order.

We invite you to check throughly the shipping address you input; as it is not possible to change it once the order is confirmed, unless by contacting directly the courier.
To view the status of your order, click into the “My Orders” section of the Hyperve website, and log in with your username and password.

REGISTRATION

Once registered on Hyperve you can:
– Access the website with your account.
– Keep your cart memorised for 1 hour before making the payment, once the order as been confirmed.
– Skip the registration procedure when making orders.
– Modify your personal data.
– Save your orders in the “ORDER HISTORY” section.

Bank details are not required during the registration process, but directly at the time of payment via PayPal circuit.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Products can be returned within 10 days of purchase provided they have not been damaged or used, the products must be returned to VARCO AUSPICIUS SRL, Via del Molinuzzo, 61/11, 59100 Prato (PO). To request a return or refund, please contact us by e-mail: support@hypervecrew.com , from which you can inform us your wish to get a refund or request a change of size.

  • For products received defective or incorrect we will collect them with our couriers and we will replace the product without additional costs.
  • For returned products to change size, we will send the courier to your home to pick up the product and we will send it to you again for 17 euros, which you will pay cash on delivery to the courier. Products can only be changed once, products already replaced for size change can no longer be returned.
